Why do people in the army become like animals??
... or even worse than animals.
I can't remember the last time I saw my chickens intentionally causing eachother pain just for a laugh... and even they can be pretty bitchy.
That is so sad. Plus what tim said. well put. :(
unfortunately i dont think the army has much to do with their behavior...there are plenty of unashamed civilians acting similarly everyday of their lives.
in the army it seems soldiers are given a tangible sense of power for the first time, and they love it.
sometimes i look at what i am doing with my life-- and what i could be doing and feel that i am not so different than the soldier with water.
